Job summary

Delken Group Limited is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead the Partnership team's IT projects and serve as the primary liaison with key client representatives, owning the service delivery relationship.

The role emphasizes coordinating with vendors and user teams to deliver high-quality solutions, validating requirements, and supporting go-live with testing and training. Strong English and Chinese communication are required.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in CS/IT or related discipline.
• 8+ years in design, development, testing, PM and system release.
• Experience with Sitecore, MS Dynamics CRM and API integration is a plus.
• Strong communication in English and Chinese; able to interact with diverse users.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT Projects for Partnership team and liaise with client reps.
• Coordinate delivery with IT, vendors and user teams; ensure quality.
• Consolidate requirements and deliverables; support go-live readiness.
• Perform testing, UAT and user training before system go-live.
• Provide technical input and modelling using BI tools.

Our client is a sizable firm that focuses in innovation and technology.

IT Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage the IT Projects for Partnership team and serves as the primary liaison with key client representatives with the goal of owning the service delivery relationship
• Drives overall client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of client deliverables; Perform project management duties and work with other teams for system integration
• Work closely with vendors and user teams to consolidate requirements and deliverables
• Ensures client and project requirements are being met with the highest quality and accuracy through verification and communicating routinely with both IT team, internal users and senior management
• Assist to develop and review requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations for the proposed solution from various parties
• Proactively support the business objectives of Company by contributing technical advice and input as necessary
• Analyze operational matrix, Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques like BI tools and dashboard
• Conduct user acceptance test and user training before system go-live
• Perform any tasks assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• Degree holder or equivalent preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Engineering or related disciplines
• Min. 8 years or above working experience. Involvement and knowledge in design, development, testing, project management and system release in Sitecore, MS Dynamic CRM and API integration with various systems is a plus.
• Knowledge in C#, Low/No code, Azure Cloud, Open AI and ability to conduct modelling in MS Power BI will be an advantage

• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, mature and able to work under pressure
