Swire Properties Limited is seeking a Senior System Analyst / System Analyst - CRM to join the IT team at One Island East. You will oversee CRM application development and ongoing support, collaborating with UX/UI, backend teams, and stakeholders to drive robust CRM solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on frontend and backend integration, SPA implementation, and adherence to CRM best practices within a dynamic, enterprise environment.

About our role

We are now looking for a talented Senior System Analyst / System Analyst - CRM to be part of our dynamic team based at our headquarters in One Island East. The incumbent will be a member of the Information Technology Department to manage the implementation and support of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications.

Responsibilities will include

• Handle the enterprise business applications development from scratch, in particular for CRM Solutions
• Organise and participate in technical discussions related to system design with the Agile team to understand the design ideas, put forward design suggestions and grasp design direction
• Define functional design patterns and translate to technical design patterns
• Work with UXUI designers and backend developers.
• Ensure frontend design is feasible and integrate API with the frontend
• Provide guidance to Application Developers and UAT Testers

Together with creativity, integrity and passion, our ideal staff should be

• University graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in system development and implementation (Candidates with less experience will be considered as System Analyst)
• Technical oriented with strong business acumen; hands‐on experience working with both business and technical teams
• Solid experience in single page application (SPA) implementation, optimization, testing and knowledge of material design principles
• Solid experience in Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, RxJS, Lodash and CSS Preprocessor
• Solid experience in JavaScript test toolchains such as Jasmine, Karma
  Familiar with Scrum, Agile Development, DevOps and Jenkins
• Experience in deploying and integrating frontend with AWS cloud services such as Cognito, CloudFront and S3
• Experience in authentication protocols such as OAuth2, OIDC, SAML
• Experience in other frontend frameworks such as VueJS and React is an advantage
• Good knowledge of CRM implementation best practices and a good sense of business solutions are preferred
• Proficient in spoken English and Putonghua
