Job summary

Newrecs Consultancy Limited seeks a Technical Manager/Systems Architect to lead CRM development, resident platform and internal workflow tools. You will manage cross-functional teams, vendors and internal stakeholders to define roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure successful integration with accounting, leasing and property systems.

You will oversee API-driven integrations, data governance, and user experience improvements to boost adoption, retention and satisfaction across the co-living

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Digital Product, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years in digital product management, product ownership, CRM, analytics and system implementation.
• Experience with API-based integrations and external vendors or development teams.
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and relational databases; ERP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product roadmap for CRM, resident platform and internal tools.
• Lead integration planning and delivery for APIs linking CRM with ERP/finance systems, leasing and property systems.
• Own backlog prioritization, sprint planning support, testing coordination and releases.
• Manage vendors, developers, UX/UI designers, and system integrators.
• Oversee resident app features: onboarding, announcements, events, chat, service requests, notices, surveys.
• Drive UX improvements, adoption, and retention through data-driven iteration.
• Establish dashboards and reporting for leasing, occupancy, engagement and operations.
• Ensure data governance, access control, reliability and proper documentation.

Technical Manager/Systems Architect (IT: CRM, Co-living, Property-related system

Our client is now looking for talent to join their team:

Looking for a candidate have both "technical programming background" & "project delivery/ product management experience", that who can self-develop/lead internal team member/vendors to build a CRM from scratch and system integration

Job duties:

• Work in a New Team (Co-living) with around 4 team members, direct report to the Head of Co-Living (Non-IT background), team members including PM (Construction Background) and BA
• For the CRM project, it is on earlier stage and now still thinking either self-build or choose outside product.
• Define and manage the product roadmap for CRM, resident platform, and internal workflow tools.
• Lead integration planning and delivery for APIs connecting CRM with accounting/finance systems, leasing systems, and property management systems
• Own product backlog prioritization, sprint planning support, testing coordination, and release readiness with technology partners
• Manage external vendors, app developers, UX/UI designers, and system integrators to ensure timely and quality delivery
• Oversee resident app features such as onboarding, announcements, event/community functions, chat or messaging, service requests, notices, surveys, and engagement tools
• Drive improvements in user experience, adoption, retention, and resident satisfaction through data-driven iteration
• Establish reporting and dashboard requirements to support management visibility on leasing, occupancy, resident engagement, and operational performance
• Ensure data governance, access control, system reliability, and proper documentation across all digital tools and integrations
• Support change management, internal training, and adoption across business units

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Digital Product, Engineering, or related discipline
• More than 5 years of experience in digital product management, product ownership, CRM systems, data analytics and systems implementation, especially prefer someone who is able to build CRM, not just execution on CRM
• Experience managing API-based integrations and working with external software vendors or development teams
• Knowledgeable in Power BI or equivalent, SQL, relational databases, plus one or more programming languages. Any prior experience with Microsoft ERP an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with attentive, confident and professional personality
• Experience with residential, hospitality, co-living, serviced apartment, or property-related operations is highly preferred (Not a must to have)
