Job summary

Rise Associates Asia Limited seeks a Senior System Analyst / Assistant Solution Architect to design and build the back-end architecture that integrates customer engagement applications such as CRM, eCommerce, loyalty platforms, and data lake/warehouse systems.

You will drive architecture strategy and governance, lead end-to-end design for high-availability enterprise platforms, oversee data warehouse and data lake strategies, and enable AI-driven integrations while ensuring security, performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
• 5+ years’ experience designing and developing integrations across enterprise applications
• Experience with iPaaS/integration tools is a plus

Responsibilities

Summary

To assist in replacement project of customer engagement applications, this Senior System Analyst/ Assistant Solution Architect will design and build the back-end architecture to integrate corporate applications (e.g. CRM, eCommerce, loyalty platform, data lake/ warehouse, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Architecture Strategy & Governance: Define the overall enterprise architecture blueprint, evaluate technologies/vendors, and conduct technical risk and compliance reviews.
• Core Systems Design: Lead the end-to-end architectural design for high-availability CRM, enterprise workflow (BPM/ERP), and e-commerce/customer engagement platforms.
• Data Strategy & Analytics: Oversee Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and Data Lake strategies to enable high-performance reporting and analytics.
• Integration & Innovation: Drive complex system integration initiatives across internal and external systems while designing architectures that enable AI and advanced technologies.
• System Resilience: Ensure all solutions meet critical non-functional requirements, including high performance, security, scalability, and disaster recovery.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Experience: With 5+ years’ experience designing/ developing integrations across enterprise applications
• Tech Stack: Experience using integration tools/ iPaaS is a plus, i.e. Boomi, MuleSoft, Informatica, API Gateway, etc.
• Enterprise Scale: Proven ability to manage high-availability, high-performance, and high-traffic systems.
• Experience in Customer Engaging Solutions: Track records working around customer solutions preferred, for instance: CRM, e-Commerce, loyalty platforms, hybrid/mobile app etc.
