Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior System Analyst to support large-scale internal business systems and lead digital transformation initiatives across the region.

This in-house role requires strong Microsoft technology expertise, collaboration with stakeholders, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment. You will contribute to platform evolution and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Microsoft technology / enterprise application development.
• Experience with Microsoft business application platforms in cloud and on-premise environments.
• Experience in system customization, workflow automation, security configuration, and administration.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese for daily communication.

Responsibilities

• Participate in enterprise application development, enhancement, deployment, and support initiatives.
• Customize and enhance business systems to meet evolving operational requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Work on system integration with internal and external platforms via APIs and middleware technologies.
• Analyze technical risks related to architecture, integration, and data migration activities.
• Provide technical consultation and recommend practical, cost-effective solutions to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical best practices and knowledge sharing.
• Support both Agile and traditional project delivery environments.

What You\'ll Be Doing

• Independent, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English and Cantonese for daily communication

Nice to Have

• Exposure to AI, Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, RPA, Copilot
