Job summary

Well Born Real Estate Management Limited is seeking a Technical Manager to supervise a technical team responsible for the maintenance, repair, and operation of building systems in luxury residential properties. You will assist in budgeting and cost control for E&M contracts and handle owner/tenant requests related to technical services.

The role requires a Bachelor Degree in Building Services Engineering (or equivalent) and at least 8 years of property maintenance management experience, with

• 8 years relevant experience in property maintenance management.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Putonghua is a plus.

TECHNICAL MANAGER / ASSISTANT TECHNICAL MANAGER (REF:WB-155-2026)

Supervise a technical team in the residential properties to ensure efficient, reliable and cost effective maintenance, repair and operating of building systems and facilities;

Assist in arranging budgets and control the expenses on E&M contracts;

Liaise and handle owner’s / tenant’s requests on technical related services.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Building Services Engineering, Building Studies, Building Surveying, Electrical & Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;

8 years relevant experience in property maintenance management with professional membership;

A good team player with excellent communication skills and well prepared to work under pressure;

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua is an advantage;

Hands on experience in property maintenance project, property addition / alteration, fitting out & reinstatement

With registered an electrical worker grade A or above;

Candidates with more experience will be considered as TechnicalManager.

Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include:
