Well Born Real Estate Management Limited is seeking a Technical Manager / Assistant Technical Manager to lead a technical team in Hong Kong’s residential properties. The role focuses on efficient maintenance, repairs, and operation of building systems, with budgeting oversight for E&M contracts and responsive liaison with owners and tenants.

Candidates should have a university degree in a relevant engineering field and at least eight years of property maintenance experience, plus professional

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Building Services/Engineering or equivalent.
8 years' relevant experience in property maintenance management with professional membership.
Strong communication skills; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Supervise a technical team in residential properties to ensure efficient maintenance, repairs and operations of building systems.
Assist in arranging budgets and control expenses on E&M contracts.
Liaise with owners/tenants on technical services requests.

Skills

Excellent communication skills

Bilingual English and Chinese

Putonghua advantageous

Education

Bachelor Degree in Building Services Engineering / Building Studies / Building Surveying / Electrical & Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
