Holder of Degree / Diploma or above in Property Management or related disciplines; with Property Management Practitioner (Tier 2) Licence; 3 years’ solid experience in property management, preferably with experience in management of high-end residential properties.

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in Property Management or related disciplines.
• Property Management Practitioner (Tier 2) Licence.
• Minimum 3 years’ solid experience in property management, preferably with high-end residential properties.
• Well versed in Building Management Ordinance, especially IO structure.

PROPERTY OFFICER / ASSISTANT PROPERTY OFFICER (Ref.: WB-147-Hpri-2026)

Holder of Degree / Diploma or above in Property Management or related disciplines;

With Property Management Practitioner (Tier 2) Licence;

3 years’ solid experience in property management, preferably with experience in management of high-end residential properties;

Well versed in Building Management Ordinance, especially in relating to the structure of the organization of Incorporated Owners;

Customer-oriented and with good communication skills;

Proficiency in written/spoken English and Chinese is essential;

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Officer.

Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include:
