Job summary

Well Born Real Estate Management Limited is seeking a Technical Manager / Assistant Technical Manager to lead a technical team in Hong Kong’s residential properties. The role focuses on efficient maintenance, repairs, and operation of building systems, with budgeting oversight for E&M contracts and responsive liaison with owners and tenants.

• 8 years' relevant experience in property maintenance management with professional membership.
• Strong communication skills; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a technical team in residential properties to ensure efficient maintenance, repairs and operations of building systems.
• Assist in arranging budgets and control expenses on E&M contracts.
• Liaise with owners/tenants on technical services requests.

TECHNICAL MANAGER / ASSISTANT TECHNICAL MANAGER (REF:WB-149-Hpri-2026)

Supervise a technical team in the residential properties to ensure efficient, reliable and cost effective maintenance, repair and operating of building systems and facilities;

Assist in arranging budgets and control the expenses on E&M contracts;

Liaise and handle owner's / tenant's requests on technical related services.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Building Services Engineering, Building Studies, Building Surveying, Electrical & Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
• 8 years relevant experience in property maintenance management with professional membership;
• A good team player with excellent communication skills and well prepared to work under pressure;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua is an advantage;
• Hands on experience in property maintenance project, property addition / alteration, fitting out & reinstatement
• With registered an electrical worker grade A or above;
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as TechnicalManager.
