The role involves setting up domain and VPN accounts, providing remote IT support, and generating performance reports. Ideal candidates will have a higher diploma in Engineering or IT, with at least one year of experience in government IT support. The position offers a salary range of 20-25K and a friendly work environment, along with annual leave and a 5-day workweek.

Formación

• At least 1 year working experience as Government Office Automation resident support staff.
• Ability to interact and follow up with other contractors on IT issues.
• Experience in maintaining system documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate the setup of domain and VPN accounts for users.
• Provide remote support and handle Helpdesk hotline calls.
• Produce regular reports on network and performance metrics.
