Qualifications

• At least 1 year working experience as Government Office Automation resident support staff.
• Ability to interact and follow up with other contractors on IT issues.
• Experience in maintaining system documentation.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the setup of domain and VPN accounts for users.
• Provide remote support and handle Helpdesk hotline calls.
• Produce regular reports on network and performance metrics.
