Qualifications

• At least 1 year working experience as Government Office Automation resident support staff.
• Shall have CCNA qualification.
• Good attitude and well-developed documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support services to users and IT staff.
• Perform system monitoring and tuning, and database administration.
• Support, configure and troubleshoot wired and wireless networks.
• Interact with contractors for maintenance of IT equipment.
• Answer Helpdesk hotline calls and provide remote support.
• Facilitate the setup of domain and VPN accounts.
• Produce regular reports on network performance.
• Maintain and update system documentation.
