Qualifications

• Degree in Architectural Studies / Building Studies with 2 years relevant experience.
• High Diploma in Architectural Studies with 3 years relevant experience.
• 7 years drafting experience on local construction projects in an architectural firm.
• Possess a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card) and carry out site inspection, site meetings and site measurements.
• Adequate and good practical knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit, PhotoShop, Coreldraw, Google sketchup, BIM softwares.

The incumbent will be assigned to work in the offices of Architectural Services Department at Queensway Government Offices under the supervision and direction of the Project Manager or his delegate.

• Degree in Architectural Studies / Building Studies and have minimum TWO (2) years relevant working experience related to architectural works; or
• High Diploma in Architectural Studies and have THREE (3) years relevant experience; or
• Possessing minimum SEVEN (7) years drafting experience of local construction projects in an architectural firm;
• Possess a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card) and is required to carry out site inspection, site meeting and site measurement periodically related to the projects; and
• Adequate and good practical knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit, PhotoShop, Coreldraw, Google sketchup, BIM softwares
