Job summary
Shui On Construction Company Limited is seeking a Technical Coordinator (Architectural) to be assigned to the Architectural Services Department in Queensway Government Offices, under the Project Manager's supervision. Qualifications
- Degree in Architectural Studies / Building Studies with 2 years relevant experience.
- High Diploma in Architectural Studies with 3 years relevant experience.
- 7 years drafting experience on local construction projects in an architectural firm.
- Possess a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card) and carry out site inspection, site meetings and site measurements.
- Adequate and good practical knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit, PhotoShop, Coreldraw, Google sketchup, BIM softwares.

- Carry out site inspections, site meetings and site measurements as required.
- Support documentation and BIM coordination for projects.
