Job summary

Shui On Building ConstractorsLimited is seeking an experienced project coordinator to provide integrated engineering support for assigned projects in Hong Kong. You will lead a team of engineers to supervise day-to-day construction activities, ensuring quality, safety and timely completion.

The ideal candidate holds a civil/structural engineering degree (professional membership preferred) with 8+ years of relevant experience, especially on HKHA projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent (preferably professional membership).
• Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in project coordination and supervision of structural works; temporary works design a plus.
• Prior HKHA project experience is a must.
• Proactive, good communication and interpersonal skills, plus computer proficiency.
• Strong written English and Chinese abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide integrated engineering support and project coordination for the assigned project.
• Lead a team of engineering staff to supervise day-to-day construction works, ensuring timely completion with quality and safety.

The Job:

The incumbent will be responsible for providing integrated engineering support andproject coordination to the project assigned. You will also lead a team of engineering staff to supervise day-to-day construction works to ensure timely project completion with good quality and safety performance.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent and preferably with professional membership
• Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in project coordination, progress monitoringand supervision of structural works. Previous exposure in temporary works design is an advantage
• Previous experience in HKHA project is a must
• Proactive, good communication, interpersonal and computer skills
• Good command of written English and Chinese
