Qualifications

• Degree in Architectural Studies/Building Studies or Higher Diploma in Architectural Studies or 7 years drafting experience on local construction projects.
• Adequate practical knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, Adobe Photoshop, Google SketchUp and BIM softwares, and passing the selection interview.
• HKDSEE Level 2 in Chinese and English or equivalent; Grade E or above in HKCEE acceptable for comparability.

China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited (“the Company” or “China State Hong Kong”) started its construction business in Hong Kong in 1979. The Company engages in building construction and civil engineering works. China State Hong Kong is among the largest construction contractors in Hong Kong, and is approved by the Works Bureau, to be on the List of Approved Contractors (Group C) for Public Works in the five major categories of building and civil engineering works, namely, “Buildings”, “Port Works”, “Roads and Drainage”, “Site Formation” and “Waterworks.”

Project: Kwu Tung North

Work Location: Architectural Services Department at Queensway Government Offices or any other workplace designated by the Project Manager under the supervision and direction of the Project Manager or its delegate.

Requirements

• Degree in Architectural Studies/Building Studies and have minimum TWO (2) years relevant working experience related to architectural works; or
• High Diploma in Architectural Studies and have THREE (3) years relevant experience; or
• Possessing minimum SEVEN (7) years drafting experience of local construction projects in an architectural firm;
• Adequate practical knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, Adobe Photoshop, Google SketchUp and BIM softwares, and passing the selection interview conducted by the Project Manager or its delegate; and
• Attained Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent. (Note: Grade E or above in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE is accepted administratively as comparable to “Level 2” in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth).
