Description


Lead and motivate the team to achieve business targets in terms of profitability, service standards, and business development

Responsible for hiring, training and managing store staff to provide high-quality customer service and retail experience

Manage and oversee store daily operation including but limited to policies and procedures implementation, inventory control, uniform arrangement, stock take management, assets and cost control, in-store visual merchandising and manpower arrangement

Build rapport with potential vendors and maintain a good relationship with business partners

Implement layout plan which in line with brand, store presentation, styling and marketing principles


Requirements


Education in relevant discipline

6 - 8 years of experience in retail and store management

Experience in strategic planning and implementation

Goal oriented and possess entrepreneur mindset

Ability to initiate changes according to trends and culture
