Job summary
Maison Valentino is seeking a client-centric luxury fashion professional in Hong Kong to drive client development and store performance. You will excel in clienteling, deliver couture service across categories, and use digital tools to enhance selling, while contributing to operational tasks when needed.
The role requires at least 2 years in luxury fashion, strong storytelling and language skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin, and a mature, team-oriented mindset to nurture client
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education or Diploma holder or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years' working experience in luxury fashion industry.
- Self-motivated, mature and good team-player.
- Proven selling and clienteling skills.
- Excellent communication & storytelling skills.
- Strong product knowledge to support the team in product maintenance, replenishment, display.
- Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
Responsibilities
- Focuses on development and retention the existing clients; recruitment of new and potential ones.
- Develops store business through excellent clienteling and KPIs performance (conversion rate, cross selling, AVT, upselling, strategic zoning).
- Offer an excellent level couture service at all times across all categories.
- Foster sales in partnership and OTO appointment routine.
- Naturally integrates digital tools in selling and clienteling activities.
- Where an Ops HC is not present takes an active part to the execution of operational tasks (including shipping/receiving).
