Job summary

Roger Vivier in Hong Kong is seeking a dedicated retail leader to manage daily operations, mentor the team, and support multiple projects. The role focuses on driving sales, ensuring store presentation, and upholding VIP service standards across the brand.

With 7+ years of retail experience and 2+ in management, the candidate will oversee talent, CRM activities, and region-wide marketing initiatives while maintaining excellent customer relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is expected for the role.
• Minimum 7 years in retail with at least 2 years in management, preferably luxury.
• Strong business acumen with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• People-oriented supervisory style with customer-service focus and sales orientation.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join Roger Vivier in Hong Kong. The role involves daily operations & management role, team coordination and different project support.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Retail sales management and monitor store KPIs;


• Store people management, including talent acquisition, manpower arrangements, training, coaching, performance appraisal;


• Ensure qualitative image of the store, including visual Merchandising, environment, furniture etc.;


• Fully compliance of all the law, regulations, rules and SOP;


• Ensure all CRM KPIs meet company standards, as well as driving appointment bookings and managing in-store VIP events;


• Uphold excellent quality, in conjunction with extraordinary customer service delivery, including but not limited to customer’s complaint;


• Contribute to marketing programs to enhance brand awareness and enrich database;


• Analyse market trends, and execute plans to achieve sales goals and improve store operations;


• Inspire and motivate team members to work as a team;


• Prepare analysis reports and provide key findings with suggestions to management.

Requirements

• Tertiary education or above;


• A minimum of 7 years' retail experience with at least 2 years' management experience, preferably in luxury industry;


• Strong business acumen, logical mind-set with good interpersonal and communication skills;


• People-oriented supervisory skill, good at customer services and sales-oriented;


• Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese;


• Proficient in MS Office and SAP.


• Candidates with more experience may be considered for an in‑charge role, with responsibilities including overseeing team performance, ensuring smooth workflow, and supporting management in decision-making.
