As a Store Manager, you act as the business leader and brand ambassador on the sales floor. You drive multichannel sales performance, champion a client-centric culture, and lead a high-performing team to deliver an exceptional luxury experience. Your mission is to maximize store profitability, execute rigorous operational standards, and foster strong cross-functional and landlord partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Commercial Performance & Business Growth
- Drive and execute the multichannel sales plan to optimize profitability and capture commercial opportunities while mitigating risks.
- Foster a clienteling mindset across the team, establishing a systematic CRM approach for new client acquisition and long-term brand loyalty.
- Analyze business reports to deliver actionable insights to management and the team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Marketing, and Training teams to support new business growth.
- Partner with mall management to identify opportunities for joint marketing activities and CRM programs.
- Maintain the highest standard of store environment and ensure brand image is consistently upheld across daily operations.
- Lead, inspire, and motivate the team to achieve individual and collective performance goals.
- Partner with HR on recruitment, talent development, performance management, and store organization structure.
- Coach the team to meet performance standards and provide structured on-the-job training for new joiners.
- Identify high-potential talent, build clear succession plans, and recommend targeted training.
3. Retail Operations & Risk Management
- Review and refine operational procedures regularly to optimize efficiency.
- Oversee risk management for audits and ensure strict adherence to health and safety procedures.
- Ensure visual merchandising guidelines are rigorously followed across the store.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the fashion retail industry, with solid experience at a management level.
- Passionate about fashion with strong product knowledge in Ready-to-Wear (RTW) and leather goods.
- Deep understanding of the luxury business context and high‑end customer profile.
- University degree is a plus.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
