Job summary

Beyond Partners Limited is seeking a focused recruiter support professional to source and engage candidates, manage candidate pools, and assist delivery across client assignments. You will conduct screenings via phone, video, or in person, and maintain strong candidate relationships through timely updates and guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of working experience, preferably in recruitment, sales, human resources or another people-focused role.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple searches and priorities.
• Proactive, resourceful and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Good written and spoken English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin would be an advantage.
• Fresh University graduates are also welcomed to apply.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, market mapping and direct approaches
• Build and maintain talent pools
• Conduct initial candidate screening through telephone, video or face-to-face interviews
• Assess candidates' experience, skills, career motivations, availability, salary expectations and suitability for client requirements
• Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing timely updates, feedback and guidance throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records
• Work closely with consultants to meet candidate-sourcing targets
