Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience (Agency background preferred). Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Recruitment Consultant.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record in talent acquisition, headhunting, or agency recruitment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is an advantage).

Responsibilities

• Identify and target new business opportunities across key market sectors and build long-term partnerships with leaders, HR stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Execute end-to-end search assignments, source top talent via portals, networks and headhunting, and evaluate fit.
• Manage full-lifecycle recruitment: candidate presentation, interview coordination, salary negotiation and offers; maintain ATS records.

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive, driven, and result-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing end-to-end talent acquisition processes, building strong relationships with client organizations, and connecting high-caliber professionals with rewarding career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Business Development & Relationship Management:
  • Identify and target new business opportunities across key market sectors (e.g., Property & Construction, Corporate Services, Professional Services).
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with business leaders, HR stakeholders, and hiring managers.
  • Understand client talent requirements, organizational culture, and strategic goals to provide tailored search solutions.
• Talent Sourcing & Candidate Engagement:
  • Execute end-to-end search assignments (Contingency & Retained).
  • Utilize job portals, professional networks (LinkedIn, internal candidate databases), headhunting, and referral networks to source top talent.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, competency-based interviews, and evaluations to match candidate skills and cultural fit with client roles.
• Account & Process Management:
  • Manage full-lifecycle recruitment: candidate presentation, interview coordination, feedback collection, salary negotiation, and offer management.
  • Deliver high service standards to achieve competitive time-to-hire and fill-rate metrics.
  • Maintain precise record-keeping and pipeline tracking within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements & Qualifications
