Token2049 is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist in Hong Kong to support full-cycle recruitment. You will partner with senior recruiters and hiring managers to source, screen, and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

You'll manage ATS records, communicate updates, and help build a strong talent pipeline. The role emphasizes collaboration, organization, and tech-savviness with Google Workspace and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

Job description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to support the full-cycle recruitment process. Your main duties will include:

• Sourcing Talent: Actively find and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Resume Screening: Review incoming applications against job requirements to identify the best potential matches.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct some of the phone screens, video interviews, and onsite meetings, ensuring a seamless calendar experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
• Candidate Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates, feedback, and a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, HR support, customer service, or an administrative role. (Internship experience in HR/Recruiting is a huge plus!).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people.
• Organization: Strong time-management skills and the ability to juggle multiple scheduling requests at once.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Google Workspace or MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred (Nice-to-Have):

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
• Basic understanding of boolean search strings for sourcing talent.
