Job summary

Sailglobal is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager in Hong Kong to own end-to-end hiring processes. You will craft job descriptions, post roles, source candidates directly, and coordinate all interview stages across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Experience in recruitment program management.
• Proficiency in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Familiarity with various candidate sourcing methods.
• Ability to develop and execute talent pipeline strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including JD management and job posting.
• Coordinate and follow up on all stages of the recruitment process.
• Conduct direct candidate sourcing, cold calling, and candidate screening; support hiring managers in evaluating qualifications.
• Conduct talent mapping and provide industry and specialist market insights.
• Manage and analyze recruitment data; track project performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Provide recruitment consultation and support to candidates, headhunters, and interviewers; coordinate with cross-functional teams and arrange interviews across time zones.
