Job summary

HR Plus (Talent) Limited is seeking a Senior/ Recruitment & Branding Consultant to support corporate clients in identifying suitable candidates and enhancing employer branding. You will handle end-to-end recruitment, source and screen candidates, and collaborate with our Creative & Production Director on branding projects.

You will develop a robust pipeline, manage client relations, and drive campaigns to attract top talent while participating in branding initiatives and interviews.

Qualifications

• University degree or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in recruitment.
• Results-oriented, multitasking in fast-paced environments.
• Pro-active team player with a can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop your own portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and target clients.
• Achieve sales growth and target through up-selling and cross-selling to the existing customer base and new prospects.
• Explore new business opportunities via market research and need analysis.
• Design, develop and deliver targeted campaigns to attract talent for corporate clients.
• Source, screen and interview candidates to meet clients' needs.
• Build close partnerships with clients to help their business grow by delivering the best solutions for attracting candidates.
• Manage the recruitment process from interview through offer stage.
• Conduct in-person interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidates.
