KOS International Limited is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for high-volume frontline roles in Hong Kong's retail stores. You will partner with retail operations and leaders on manpower planning and implement proactive sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and market mapping.

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Around 5 years' recruitment experience.
• Background from both in-house TA and recruitment agency is highly preferred.
• Strong experience in fashion / retail industry recruitment.
• Proven track record in large-scale frontline hiring.
• Familiar with labour market trends within retail and fashion sectors.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
