Qualifications

• 5-8 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience, preferably in a global or multinational organization.
• Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese; additional language is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and assessment methods; experience with AI tools for talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced global environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential candidates through various sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and job fit
• Coordinate and conduct interview processes, including scheduling interviews, preparing interview questions, and providing feedback to candidates
• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and team leaders to understand their hiring needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create compelling job descriptions and postings that attract a diverse range of candidates
• Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform recruitment and employer branding strategies
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact until the final hiring decision
