Job summary

Prudential is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition leader in Hong Kong to partner with senior HR and business leaders. The role focuses on delivering exceptional end-to-end recruitment outcomes, modernizing onboarding, and driving AI and digital transformation across recruitment workflows.

You will oversee vendor relationships, data analytics, and talent pipelines to support strategic workforce decisions. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in talent acquisition, strong English and Chinese

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR functions.
• Proven end-to-end recruitment management in large complex organizations.
• Experience driving digital HR transformation and HR technology initiatives.
• Strong onboarding and candidate experience knowledge.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Experience with ATS/HR systems (Workday preferred).
• Exposure to AI, automation, analytics in HR is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HRBP to deliver quality hiring outcomes and workforce plans.
• Perform end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities to provide best-in-class employee experience.
• Drive AI, automation, and digital solutions to transform recruitment processes.
• Identify and implement technology-enabled improvements that enhance candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Manage and optimize HR technology platforms, workflows, and recruitment tools.
• Leverage data analytics to improve hiring effectiveness, recruitment productivity, and decision-making.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for critical business capabilities.
• Provide market intelligence and talent insights to support workforce and hiring decisions.
• Enhance employer brand and talent attraction initiatives across multiple recruitment channels.
• Manage external agencies and vendors, ensuring strong performance, governance, and return on investment.
• Ensure compliance with all recruitment, onboarding, audit, and regulatory requirements.
