Job summary

Prudential plc in Hong Kong is seeking a recruitment professional to support the Agent Recruitment team by providing intelligence and insights on recruitment matters to enable good planning and to facilitate recruitment campaigns.

You will drive recruitment growth by working closely with agency force to achieve desired results, execute recruitment events and projects, and review agency performance against company KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in life insurance agency recruitment or related agency functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute recruitment initiatives and provide guidance to the agency force to align with company strategies.
• Collaborate with the team to run recruitment campaigns and events; manage projects and activities.
• Prepare recruitment materials and digital content to support agency managers.
• Handle daily inquiries from agency partners and assist with ad-hoc projects.
