We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple business functions. This role is responsible for driving talent acquisition strategies, partnering closely with business leaders, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences. The ideal candidate is a strong team player with a proactive mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a passion for identifying and attracting top talent. The successful candidate will balance strategic talent advisory responsibilities with hands‑on recruitment execution while contributing to broader talent initiatives across the organization.
Key responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition briefing to offer management and onboarding
Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, business priorities, and workforce plans
Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent across various functions and levels
Proactively build talent pipelines for critical and hard‑to‑fill positions
Ensure recruitment processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with company policies and employer branding standards
Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring effectiveness and speed
Leverage multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, referrals, professional networks, recruitment agencies, and social media
Conduct market mapping and competitor intelligence for key talent segments
Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Plan, coordinate, and execute monthly employee engagement activities to enhance employee experience, morale, and workplace culture
About you
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline
Minimum 8 years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 2-3 years in a senior recruiter capacity
Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and levels
Experience partnering directly with senior leaders and stakeholders
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and talent market dynamics
Experience within multinational, regional, or fast‑paced commercial environments preferred
Proficiency with excel and recruitment technologies
