AMS is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Operations Senior Manager based in Hong Kong to lead and optimize recruitment operations across Experienced Hire and Campus Recruitment in Asia.

You will drive governance, risk management, reporting, and continuous process improvements across end-to-end hiring, partnering with TA leadership, HR stakeholders, and business leaders to ensure compliant, data-driven recruitment and an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8–10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Operations, HR Operations, or Workforce Management.
  • Experience supporting Experienced Hire and Campus Recruitment programs.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment governance, risk management and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience leading recruitment transformation, process improvement, or technology implementation projects.
  • Advanced stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Experience managing geographically dispersed teams and regional stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with ATS, CRM, HRIS, and reporting tools (Workday, Eightfold, Power BI, Tableau).

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Operations Senior Manager to lead and optimize recruitment operations across Experienced Hire and Campus Recruitment programs in Asia. Based in Hong Kong, this role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, governance, risk management, recruitment marketing effectiveness, and continuous process improvement across the end-to-end hiring lifecycle.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to Talent Acquisition leadership, HR stakeholders, and business leaders to ensure recruitment processes are compliant, data-driven, and deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

This role combines operational leadership with strategic project delivery and will play a key role in enhancing recruiting effectiveness through technology, reporting, workforce planning support, employer branding initiatives, and governance frameworks. Responsibilities align closely with talent acquisition operational support, reporting, controls, and recruitment service delivery functions highlighted within existing TA Operations structures.

Key Accountabilities:
Risk, Governance & Compliance
  • Own governance frameworks supporting recruitment activity across the region.
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with internal policies, audit requirements and data privacy regulations.
  • Conduct regular reviews of operational controls and risk mitigation processes.
  • Partner with HR and Risk teams to strengthen governance standards.
  • Manage recruitment-related audits, controls testing, documentation, and remediation activities.
Campus Recruitment Operations
  • Support the delivery of campus recruitment programs, internship hiring campaigns, graduate recruitment initiatives, and early careers programs.
  • Ensure operational readiness for annual recruitment cycles, assessment events, and campus engagement activities.
  • Partner with Campus Recruitment Leads to optimize processes, reporting, program management, and candidate experience.
Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding
  • Partner with Recruitment Marketing teams to develop and execute regional attraction strategies.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and leverage talent market insights to improve sourcing and branding outcomes.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, events, talent communities, campus engagement activities, and diversity recruiting programs.
  • Utilize recruitment analytics to assess return on investment and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with HR technology teams to optimize recruitment systems, workflows, and integrations.
  • Lead recruitment technology projects, system enhancements, testing activities, and change management initiatives.
  • Drive adoption of recruitment technologies, automation solutions, and AI-enabled processes where appropriate.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
  • Lead and develop a team of 2 Talent Acquisition Operations professionals.
  • Build strong partnerships with Talent Acquisition leaders, HR Business Partners, and business stakeholders.
  • Serve as a senior escalation point for operational issues and service delivery challenges.
  • Foster a continuous improvement culture focused on service excellence and innovation.
Skills & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 8-10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Operations, HR Operations, or Workforce Management.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting both Experienced Hire and Campus Recruitment programs.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment governance, operational risk management, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience leading recruitment transformation, process improvement, or technology implementation projects.
  • Advanced stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Experience managing geographically dispersed teams and regional stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with ATS, CRM, HRIS, and reporting tools (e.g., Workday, Eightfold, Power BI, Tableau, CRM platforms).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within financial services, professional services, or a large-scale RPO environment.
  • Exposure to APAC or regional recruitment operations.
  • Experience managing recruitment marketing and employer branding programs.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and recruitment compliance requirements across Asia Pacific.
