Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience in international or cross-border recruitment.
• Proven track record managing end-to-end recruitment independently.
• Successful hiring across multiple countries and regions.
• Strong sourcing and talent-mapping capabilities.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and English communication.

Lead full-cycle recruitment for positions across global markets, managing recruitment projects for both individual contributor and leadership-level roles. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning requirements, developing and executing effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent globally while driving hiring excellence and ensuring quality, efficiency, and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for positions across global markets
• Manage recruitment projects for both individual contributor and leadership-level roles
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning requirements
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent globally
• Conduct talent mapping and competitor analysis across key international markets
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing channels
• Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and talent availability insights to business leaders
• Support international business expansion through strategic hiring initiatives
• Establish and manage relationships with recruitment agencies, search firms, and external talent partners globally

About you

• Minimum 5 years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience
• Proven experience in international or cross-border recruitment
• Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment independently
• Demonstrated success in hiring across multiple countries and regions
• Strong talent sourcing and talent mapping capabilities
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Strong command of spoken and written English
