Job summary

Futu Holdings Limited seeks a highly motivated Global Recruiter to drive talent acquisition and support our international expansion across offices worldwide. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs, source, interview, and assess candidates to hire those who best fit our culture and values.

You will build relationships with external recruitment agencies and talent partners, optimize processes, and contribute to employer branding.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, with strong communication skills.
• Minimum 5-8 years in recruitment/talent acquisition in global orgs.
• Experience coordinating with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing channels.

Responsibilities

• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and fit.

Requirements

• Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Additional language skill is a plus
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in a global or multi-national organization
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including effective sourcing strategies and assessment methods. Experience in AI tools for talent acquisition
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence candidates and stakeholders at all levels
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and evolving global environment
