The candidate will be responsible to drive growth, profitability and service excellence of Employee Benefits and Group Life business.
Key responsibilities
Execution of marketing and sales strategies to grow the market share of Employee Benefits and Group Life business to achieve business targets including GWP, loss ratios, and expense ratios.
Review and enhance the products offering
Identify new opportunities and channels to expand market reach.
Build new and strengthen existing broker relationships.
Streamline workflows and processes to improve efficiency, compliance, and customer experience.
Provide member briefings for onboarding business and retention business.
Key requirements
University degree
Minimum 5 years of working experience in channel sales with brokers and is familiar with EB products
Good interpersonal skills and communication skills and be able to conduct sales presentation
Ability to leverage key relationships and build networks to work effectively and deliver results
Team player, passionate and independent in driving and handling counterparts
Proficient in both written and spoken English
Candidate may be considered as Manager or Assistant Manager subjected to experience levels
