Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment across back-office, business-facing and frontline roles in Hong Kong and regional coverage.

You will manage a team of 3–4 TAs, partner with department heads on headcount planning, salary benchmarking, and workforce deployment, and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of recruitment experience from agency and in-house backgrounds.
• Experience in talent acquisition for sizable companies and regional exposure preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze recruitment data and make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across diverse roles (back-office, business-facing, frontline).
• Manage and coach a team of 3–4 TAs to strengthen stakeholder engagement and hiring outcomes.
• Partner with department heads on headcount planning, manpower deployment, and salary benchmarking.
• Implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline and maintain a strong candidate experience.
• Oversee relationships with external recruitment partners and drive employer branding efforts.
• Contribute to HRIS/ATS upgrade and use data insights to continuously improve hiring effectiveness.
