Job summary

Prudential Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to partner with hiring managers and HR partners, delivering end-to-end recruitment and onboarding excellence. The role focuses on driving AI-enabled transformations, optimizing HR tech, and building proactive sourcing strategies to support business growth.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Operations, HR Transformation, or related HR functions, preferably with experience gained from financial services / insurance industry.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes within a complex organization
• Experience driving recruitment process improvement, digital transformation, or HR technology initiatives.
• Strong understanding of onboarding, candidate experience, and hiring manager engagement.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken)
• Experience with ATS and HR systems such as Workday is highly preferred.
• Exposure to AI, automation, analytics, or digital HR solutions is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR business partner to deliver quality hiring outcomes and workforce plans.
• Perform end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities to provide a best-in-class employee experience.
• Drive the adoption of AI, automation, and digital solutions to transform recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Identify, design, and implement technology-enabled improvements that enhance candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Manage and continuously optimize HR technology platforms, workflows, and recruitment tools.
• Leverage data analytics to improve hiring effectiveness, recruitment productivity, and decision-making.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for critical business capabilities.
• Provide market intelligence and talent insights to support workforce and hiring decisions.
• Enhance employer brand and talent attraction initiatives across multiple recruitment channels.
• Manage external agencies and vendors, ensuring strong performance, governance, and return on investment.
• Ensure compliance with all recruitment, onboarding, audit, and regulatory requirements.
