Job summary

Wise Bank Hong Kong is seeking a Talent Acquisition Officer to source, screen and hire candidates across multiple functions. You will design end-to-end recruitment processes and collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

You will utilise social media, CV databases, and professional networks to build a strong candidate pipeline and deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field.
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting and diverse selection methods.
• Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks.
• Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source candidates.
• Familiarity with psychometric tests, ATS and video interviewing systems.
• Strong documentation of processes and awareness of industry trends.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and criteria.
• Create end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Source applicants via offline and online channels, including LinkedIn.
• Create job descriptions and selection methods reflecting person-job/organization fit.
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events for pipelines.
• Maintain records of recruitment materials and interview notes for stakeholders.
