Job summary

Morgan Mckinley Limited seeks an energetic System Analyst to join a fast-paced Group Risk team in Hong Kong. You will drive system migration initiatives using Power Apps and Power BI to streamline ORM platforms.

You will collaborate with 2nd-line Risk, IT and business units; contribute to system design, testing, UAT, and deployment, and support data transformations and migrations with Azure DevOps, Figma, and Excel.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience as a System Analyst, Technical BA, or IT Risk Consultant inhouse or consulting.
• Hands-on experience with System Migration projects.
• Proficient with Power Apps, Power BI and Excel (VLookup, Pivot Table).
• Bonus: Azure DevOps and Figma exposure for UI/UX workflow design.

Responsibilities

• System Migration & Enhancement: support end-to-end ORM platform migrations using Power Apps/Power BI.
• System Design & Execution: assist with workflow design, mockups, and tracking using Figma and Azure DevOps.
