Job summary

Protiviti Hong Kong is seeking a System Analyst to support system transformation and migration initiatives within Operational Risk Management. The role requires a strong blend of technical/system analysis skills and risk management exposure.

You will gather and analyze business and system requirements, translate them into functional specifications, support data migration, testing and implementation, and collaborate with Risk, Business and Technology stakeholders to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in system analysis or tech project delivery.
• Knowledge of programming languages and scripting.
• Hands-on experience in system migration, enhancement or integration projects.
• Exposure to Operational Risk Management is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support system enhancement and migration projects within Operational Risk Management.
• Gather and analyze business and system requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Support system integration, data migration, testing and implementation.
• Work closely with Risk, Business and Technology stakeholders.
• Perform data analysis, reconciliation and reporting using Excel.
• Identify system/process gaps and support process improvements.
• Prepare project documentation and management reporting.
