Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking an experienced System/Business Analyst to own end-to-end migration activities for Operational Risk Management platforms. You will build and optimize workflows with Power Apps, and design interactive risk dashboards using Power BI.

You will map data, perform analyses with Excel, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to translate requirements into functional designs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as System/Business Analyst or Solution Engineer in Operational Risk Management.
• Experience in system migration projects and strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Power Apps, Power BI and advanced Excel required.
• Basic programming skills: JavaScript, Python, C#, or SQL.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and UI/UX design tools is a plus.
• Strong English communication and cross-functional collaboration.

• Take ownership of end-to-end system migration activities across Risk platforms.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or Solution Engineer, with a strong background in Operational Risk Management.
• Proven track record of participating in or leading successful system migration projects.
• Proficiency in Power Apps, Power BI (PBI), and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is required.
• Basic programming skills (e.g., JavaScript, Python, C#, or SQL) to support custom application logic during migrations.
• Prior experience with Azure DevOps and UI/UX design tools such as Figma is a distinct advantage.
• Smart, proactive, self-motivated, and possesses strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
