Job summary

Morgan McKinley in Hong Kong is seeking a diligent Business Analyst to support Second-Line Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) activities across multiple business units. You will apply governance, run risk operations, and help embed robust controls.

Responsibilities include system enhancements, budget tracking, and user enablement with training materials to drive adoption. The ideal candidate has 4–5 years in risk, with Power BI and Excel proficiency, and a finance/risk background.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Operational/Third-Party Risk, or related fields.
• Banking, Insurance or Consulting backgrounds preferred.
• Power BI and Excel proficiency for reporting and data manipulation.
• Degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business, or related discipline; CFA or risk certifications are a plus.
• Strong communication and ability to translate risk concepts for cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• System Support & Governance: Act as a key point of contact for 2nd-line TPRM system support and embed risk controls.
• BAU & Risk Operations: Oversee day-to-day Third-Party Risk Management and Non-Financial Resilience activities.
• Project & System Enhancements: Monitor project scope, milestones, and deliverables for upgrades and rollouts.
• Budget & Financial Oversight: Assist in preparing and tracking the annual TPRM budget and variances.
• Enablement & Training: Develop guidance notes, documentation, and training materials for end-users.
