Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking an experienced System/Business Analyst to own end-to-end migration activities for Operational Risk Management platforms. You will build and optimize workflows with Power Apps, and design interactive risk dashboards using Power BI.

You will map data, perform analyses with Excel, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to translate requirements into functional designs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as System/Business Analyst or Solution Engineer in Operational Risk Management.
• Experience in system migration projects and strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Power Apps, Power BI and advanced Excel required.
• Basic programming skills: JavaScript, Python, C#, or SQL.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and UI/UX design tools is a plus.
• Strong English communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end system migration activities across Risk platforms.
• Utilise Power Apps to build and optimize workflows and risk solutions.
• Design and deploy risk dashboards, analytics reports, and data models using Power BI.
• Perform complex data mapping and analysis using Excel functions.
• Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Contribute to UI wireframing (Figma) and track delivery in Azure DevOps.
