Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking a System/Business Analyst to drive the implementation of an internally developed Third-Party Risk Management platform. You will bridge Risk Policy SMEs and IT, ensuring policy compliance and timely KRIs reporting across the enterprise.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, manage milestones and budgets, and oversee UAT and integrations. Strong Power BI/SQL skills and Cantonese fluency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years as a Business/System Analyst or Risk Advisory within financial services or consulting.
• Strong TPRM, vendor risk, and risk framework knowledge.
• Hands-on data visualization with Power BI and SQL for KRIs and reporting.
• Experience in project delivery, budgeting, IT deliverables, and executive updates.
• Proven stakeholder management and change leadership, including training.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution for an internally developed TPRM platform translating policy into specs.
• Define milestones, monitor budget variance, and report progress to steering committees.
• Oversee UAT and system integrations for rollout across business units.
• Perform data analysis with Power BI/SQL to design KRIs and regulatory reports.
• Prepare audit-ready governance trails and remediation tracking for high-risk vendors.
• Map policy frameworks to regulatory expectations and drive change management workshops.
• Deliver training sessions and onboarding to stakeholders.
