Job summary

Maples Group, Hong Kong, is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance a portfolio of ERP and bespoke platforms. You will work with business users, tech teams, project managers, and senior stakeholders across jurisdictions to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement of critical systems.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in this field, strong Excel/VBA, Power BI, and experience with ERP/operational systems.

Qualifications

7+ years in a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
Experience supporting enterprise applications in a production environment.
Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.
Experience working in Agile (SCRUM) environments and incident management.

Responsibilities

Provide application support and business analysis for in-house and third-party systems.
Collaborate with business users, technology teams, project managers and senior stakeholders across jurisdictions.
Lead investigations, drive solutions, and act as a trusted advisor to business and tech partners.
