Job summary

Morgan Mckinley Limited seeks an energetic System Analyst to join a fast-paced Group Risk team in Hong Kong. You will drive system migration initiatives using Power Apps and Power BI to streamline ORM platforms.

You will collaborate with 2nd-line Risk, IT and business units; contribute to system design, testing, UAT, and deployment, and support data transformations and migrations with Azure DevOps, Figma, and Excel.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience as a System Analyst, Technical BA, or IT Risk Consultant inhouse or consulting.
• Hands-on experience with System Migration projects.
• Proficient with Power Apps, Power BI and Excel (VLookup, Pivot Table).
• Bonus: Azure DevOps and Figma exposure for UI/UX workflow design.

We are seeking an energetic, smart, and hands-on System Analyst to join a high-performing Group Risk team. Working under a dynamic, fast-paced environment, you will drive system migration initiatives leveraging Power Apps, Power BI to streamline Operational Risk Management platforms.

Key Responsibilities

System Migration & Enhancement: Support end-to-end ORM platform/tool migrations (leveraging Power Apps / Power BI solutions).

System Design & Execution: Assist with system workflow design, mockups, and tracking using platforms such as Figma and Azure DevOps.

Technical & Scripting Support: Utilize basic programming logic to support data transformations, integrations, and migration execution.

Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration: Bridge requirements between 2nd-line Risk, IT teams, and business units to deliver migration milestones.

UAT & Deployment: Facilitate testing, data validation, and documentation for newly migrated tools.

Key Requirements

Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a System Analyst, Technical BA, or IT Risk Consultant from in house or consulting.

Technical Skillset:

Prior experience with System Migration projects.

Hands-on proficiency with Power Apps, Power BI and Excel (VLookup, Pivot Table)

Basic programming/scripting background.

Bonus: Hands-on exposure to Azure DevOps (project management/tracking) and Figma (UI/UX workflow design).

Domain Knowledge: Background in Operational Risk Management, Third Party Risk

Languages: Fluent English required; Cantonese fluency is strongly preferred.
