Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a System Analyst to drive cloud technologies, system integrations, and application modernization. You will gather and document requirements, translate needs into functional designs, and work with developers, QA, and vendors to deliver solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in system or business analysis, strong SDLC/Agile knowledge, and experience with Java, Angular, SQL/NoSQL, APIs, and cloud platforms like Azure or Alibaba Cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years' experience in System Analysis, Business Analysis, or Application Development.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience with Java-based applications and Angular platforms.
• Good knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and NoSQL technologies.
• Experience with APIs, RESTful services, microservices, and system integrations.
• Understanding of cloud technologies and enterprise application architecture.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Alibaba Cloud.
• Exposure to cloud migration and application modernization projects.
• Insurance, financial services, banking, pensions, or wealth management experience.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and application security practices.
• Experience working with offshore teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities
