Job summary

Sephora Hong Kong seeks a dynamic Supply Chain Executive to drive order management, inventory control, and cross-border supplier coordination. You will manage purchase orders, coordinate freight, and ensure timely product availability across Sephora stores and e-store.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in supply chain, strong analytical and Excel skills, and English proficiency. SAP ERP experience is a plus, and cross-border ecommerce exposure is desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Supply Chain, with cross-border ecommerce experience a plus.
• Good analytical and Excel skills are required.
• You are business oriented, with ownership and initiative.
• You are well-organized, detail-oriented and results driven.
• Strong communication and collaboration across departments is essential.
• Able to handle pressures and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• SAP ERP experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Issue purchase orders based on agreed plans and manage supplier freight.
• Monitor PO status and track shipments with suppliers and forwarders.
• Coordinate arrivals and transfers between warehouses and stores.
• Procure newness or promotional items under Cross Border platform and align quantities with merchandising.
• Oversee supply, inventory control, and adherence to KPIs.
• Lead stock rebalancing across Hong Kong channels and Cross Border warehouse.
• Prepare regular sales and inventory KPI reports; handle ad hoc projects.

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Supply Chain Executive to join our Hong Kong Supply Chain team. Reporting to Senior Finance and Operations manager, he or she will be responsible striving for excellence at all levels - from order management, supply and inventory control, suppliers and brand management, logistics and warehouse management for Sephora Hong Kong. • Based on the agreed purchase plan with merchandising team, to issue the purchase order to the respective suppliers
• Manage purchase order and arrange freight with the supplier from the country of origin
• Manage the PO status and track the shipment with suppliers / freight forwarder
• Coordinate with the merchandising team about the arrival and the date of goods transfer between different warehouse
• Procure the newness or promotional items that will be launched under Cross Border platform and agree the order quantity with merchandising team

Supply and Inventory Control

• Follow up orders fulfillment and ensure efficient and sufficient supply to cooperate with company inventory targets and promotion campaigns
• Optimize inventory structure and maintain inventory level according to the annual KPIs target.
• Lead and coordinate timely execution of products expiration
• Manage healthy stock structure and stock coverage in store

Suppliers and Brand Management

• Setup good partnerships with local team and external stakeholders.
• Properly manage the brands phase in and phase out.
• Follow up and manage suppliers service rate in order to achieve stable and in time supply.
• Execute and follow up the regular returns to suppliers, to meet the annual target

Logistic and warehousing Management

• Monitor the performance of different 3PL and set up the KPIs
• Execute stock rebalancing across channel within Hong Kong and Cross Border warehouse
• Provide store/e-store logistics service, coordinate with retail teams to ensure requisite standards of internal control and management of orders and transportation schedules
• Ensure both SEPHORA e-store & other platform order fulfillment rate, especially for peak seasons period by balancing the stock and securing the warehouse capacity

Report Preparation

• Prepare the regular reports for external or internal review, i.e. sales and inventory reports, KPI report
• Manage Ad Hoc or Dynamic project base on request

• You have minimum 3 years of working experience in Supply Chain, with cross-border ecommerce experience will be a plus
• You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related studies will be a plus
