Job summary

Sephora Hong Kong seeks an Assistant Manager, Supply Planning & Operations to oversee replenishment, procurement planning, and stock allocation across stores and warehouses. The role partners with stores, commercial teams, and suppliers to maintain stock health and support launches and promotions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in supply chain, strong analytics and Excel skills, and SAP ERP experience. You will drive timely stock actions and optimize inventory in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably retail.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills required.
• SAP ERP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day replenishment and supply planning to support sales targets and service levels.
• Plan procurement for regular and promotional periods based on demand and stock position.
• Monitor inventory levels and prevent shortages, overstock and aging stock risks.
• Coordinate stock allocation across stores and channels based on trading priorities.
• Support launches, promotions and seasonal activities with timely stock planning and execution.
• Coordinate stock return arrangements and related inventory actions where required.
• Collaborate with stores, warehouse, finance and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
