Job summary

STYLEVANA in Hong Kong seeks a logistics and supply chain professional to optimize network performance and lead expansion of logistics solutions globally for a fast-growing e-commerce beauty platform.

The role requires a Bachelor in logistics or related fields, 5–8 years of experience, strong English proficiency, Mandarin preferred, and ability to travel. You will manage multiple projects, collaborate with 3PLs, and drive cost-efficiency and faster lead times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics or related fields.
• Preferably 5-8 years relevant working experience.
• Sound knowledge and experience of air freight / courier operation and industry.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must; proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred.
• Ability to travel occasionally as required.

Responsibilities

• Optimize Network Performance: Apply strategic and analytical thinking to monitor supply chain performance and continuously optimize supply chain network.
• Lead Expansion: Develop, implement and lead new logistics solution across Latin America, Africa and Asia.
• Data-Driven Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to identify key issues, gather data to investigate those issues and develop actionable recommendations.
• Cost & Lead Time Optimization: Conduct deep-dive analytical reviews to continuously optimize lead times and reduce costs.
• Project Management: Priorities and manage multiple projects, resources allocations and stakeholder interests to deliver successful business outcomes.
• Vendor Management: Manage and build strong strategic relationships with 3PL companies.
• Establish Global Warehousing: Drive the setup and implementation of overseas warehouses in the United States / Europe / the United Kingdom / Korea.
