Job summary

Sa Sa Cosmetic Company Limited is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to drive procurement planning, forecast projections, and continuous improvement across operations. You will liaise with suppliers and internal teams to meet budgets and customer satisfaction, and lead ad hoc projects with a strong results mindset.

The role requires a business degree with 8 years in supply chain, proficiency in SAP and Excel, and fluency in English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in business or equivalent with 8+ years in supply chain management.
• Experience in FMCG/beauty or related retail sectors is advantageous.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Team-oriented with ability to multi-task and deliver results.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft applications, especially Excel.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with suppliers and internal customers to drive operational excellence and implement best practices.
• Develop, implement and sustain a planning system to ensure sufficient procurement and support brand campaigns.
• Manage current and long-term forecast projections to drive procurement and inventory planning.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve bottlenecks related to supply chain.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement to streamline processes and improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Responsible for budget setting and lead ad hoc operation projects.

Liaise with our suppliers and internal customers to drive operational excellence and deploy best practices across all operational aspects to meet or exceed business targets as well as customer satisfaction

Develop, implement and sustain a planning system to ensure sufficient regular procurement, also to support brand promotion campaigns, animation with a strong follow through mindset on orders fulfilment

Manage current and mid/long term forecast projections to drive procurement plan and inventory planning goals

Monitors our suppliers for quality and performance, resolves bottlenecks or problem area related to Supply Chain

Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities to streamline processes and improve accuracy and efficiency within Supply Chain operations

Responsible for budget setting and able to lead ad hoc operation project as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder in business or equivalent with at least 8 years in supply chain management
• Experience in FMCG / beauty or related retail sectors is definitely an advantage
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
• A good team and multi-tasked player with a strong drive for result
• Proficiency in SAP system and Microsoft applications, particularly in excel applications, is a must
• Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage
