Job description

LOOKING FOR BOTH FULL-TIME & PART-TIME STAFF.
About ASAP | Alternate Sauna And Plunge

ASAP is Hong Kong's premier contrast therapy sanctuary in Central. Built as a refuge for high performing professionals, athletes, and teams, ASAP pairs traditional Finnish saunas with precision ice baths to cultivate mental clarity, physical resilience, and authentic human connection.

We view contrast therapy as an essential lifestyle practice rather than a casual amenity. Designed for seamless urban routines, our space provides complimentary swimwear, plush towels, premium grooming amenities, and curated hydration. Beyond individual wellness, we work closely with leading corporate firms, law practices, and athletic clubs to deliver private studio buyouts and corporate health programs. We are a founder led team driven by operational precision, exceptional hospitality, and a deep commitment to the health of our community.

The Role & Mindset

We are looking for an articulate, warm, and grounded Studio Operations & Guest Experience Lead to hold down our floor and represent our brand values.

This is not a passive desk attendant role. You are the conductor of the studio environment. You will set the tone from the moment a guest steps off the street, guiding first time dippers through contrast protocols with calm authority, managing floor turnover with military efficiency, and holding space for genuine, high level hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grounded Hospitality & Onboarding: Welcome guests with warmth, empathy, and intuitive presence while guiding first time clients through contrast therapy science, safety protocols, and studio etiquette with poise.
  • Genuine Connection & Community: Cultivate long term genuine relationships with guests by listening to their routines, understanding their recovery goals, and building authentic, lasting trust as a valued part of our studio community.
  • Operational Rigor & Facility Standards: Take complete personal ownership of studio presentation by ensuring saunas, ice tubs, vanity stations, and lounge areas remain immaculate and perfectly reset throughout the day.
  • Amenities & Inventory Stewardship: Monitor and manage shift stock levels for plush linens, apparel, grooming amenities, and hydration products to ensure zero service interruptions.
  • POS & Floor Coordination: Manage front of house point of sale transactions and appointment flow with seamless detail.
  • Thought Partnership: Contribute active floor observations and operational insights during team syncs to refine guest journeys and studio productivity.
Who We Are Looking For
  • Genuine Passion for Wellness: You personally practice or hold a deep belief in physical health, recovery, mindfulness, or contrast therapy. You do not just script read wellness, you live it.
  • Emotional Maturity & Composure: You possess natural presence and emotional intelligence, easily building professional rapport with C suite executives, legal partners, founders, and elite athletes.
  • Uncompromising Standards: You take quiet pride in clean spaces, punctuality, and operational order. You see a towel out of place or a tub needing attention and fix it before anyone asks.
  • Communication & Presence: Fluent in spoken and written English, while Cantonese or Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.
  • Agility & Availability: Based in Hong Kong with the flexibility to work rotating shifts, including early mornings starting from 6:40 AM, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
What We Offer
  • Competitive base pay plus performance incentive bonuses.
  • Complimentary full studio access to saunas and cold plunges.
  • Direct working exposure to startup founders and business leadership.
  • A healthy, high energy, and respectful work environment.
